I wanted to take a moment to let you know how delighted we are at Island with the FreeAxez raised flooring system that you installed in June 2001. The high strength FreeAxez 70 floor is of exceptional quality. The workmanship of the installation is excellent and realized everyday. Other floors we have installed in the past had a bouncy, low grade "feel." Not true with the FreeAxez system; it is very solid: ...you don't realize it is there!

As you know, we inhabit an older building where ceiling height is a critical factor. The low profile flooring managed to keep the open space and did not compress the room. Also, we were able to run all of our cabling needs with room to spare without the need for any core drilling or power poles to clutter the space.

Finally, I cannot tell you how important it was for Island to complete the job in a short time with minimal disruption. The fact that your material was available immediately and that you were able to complete the job in two days on short notice was appreciated. Since the installation, we have added additional equipment and have been amazed by the ease of access to run additional wires and to move stations. I will gladly recommend FreeAxez USA to anyone!
