Green Sustainability: MR Credit 5 – Regional Materials

In LEED for Commercial Interiors, there is a point available for manufacturing within a 500-mile radius of the project site. FreeAxez is manufactured in the Northeastern United States. Projects along the eastern seaboard from Northern VA / Washington DC to New England, and westward to Buffalo, and into Canada (Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto) can qualify for the 500 mile radius Regional Materials Credit.
